PRODUCT OFFERING
The product offering in the online store may change and be updated due to the nature of online business. Despite efforts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, inaccuracies in price, description, or stock availability of items may occur. We apologize for any errors and kindly request you to inform us of them.
ORDER
The purchase contract between the online store and the buyer is concluded when the online store sends the first electronic message confirming the receipt of the order to the buyer. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the online store and the buyer. The buyer's details as entered at the time of placing the order will apply. Subsequent changes to the buyer's information are not possible. If there is a need for any correction to the order, the customer can inform us via email.
The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server. Upon purchase confirmation and order shipment, the buyer will also receive an invoice at the provided email address.
The online store operates on the Shopify platform. The entire purchase process follows their technical specifications.
PRICES
As we are not a VAT-registered entity, VAT is not charged according to Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act ZDDV-1. All prices in the online store are listed in euros. The online price is applicable to all registered customers and guest users of the merchant's online store.
PAYMENT
Payment is processed at the checkout.
Payment options include:
- With bank cards via the Stripe system
- Through the Paypal payment service (currently disabled)
- Via bank transfer to IBAN: SI56 0310 2100 0728 341 (SKB BANKA d.d.) Upon order placement, payment and card charges are processed immediately after the order is submitted.
SHIPPING
During the ordering process, available shipping methods and their costs are displayed.
SLO Standard delivery for orders over 50.00 EUR - free / Standard delivery for orders up to 50.00 EUR - 3.60 EUR The delivery cost is specified before each order submission.
EU Standard delivery for orders over 120.00 EUR - free / Standard delivery for orders up to 120.00 EUR - 10 EUR The delivery cost is specified before each order submission.
WORLD Standard delivery for orders over 200.00 EUR - free / Standard delivery for orders up to 200.00 EUR - 20 EUR The delivery cost is specified before each order submission.
Shipments within Slovenia are handled by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post).
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer as the shipping address during purchase. Upon arrangement, products can be picked up at Maroltova ulica 1 in Ljubljana. As we do not have regular working hours, please contact us in advance for pick-up.
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt or collection of the ordered goods. To withdraw from the contract, a written statement from the buyer to the email info@timar.si is sufficient. The merchant will also consider the buyer to have withdrawn from the contract if, without a statement to the merchant, the goods are returned to Timar, Maroltova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, within 14 days of delivery.
The withdrawal from the contract is considered timely if the statement is sent or if the purchased goods are dispatched to the merchant no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The buyer must return the received goods to the merchant undamaged and in the same quantity. The merchant will notify the buyer via email upon receiving the returned goods.
Any return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract within the stipulated period, the merchant will refund all received payments (except for shipping) within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal, provided that within this period the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch by the buyer is received; otherwise, the merchant may temporarily withhold the refund.
If the buyer receives damaged goods or goods with a material defect (excluding clothing deficiencies mentioned on the product page), please contact us. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer will be notified by the merchant about the returned goods and the complaint resolution process.
