Shipping policy
PAYMENT
Payment is processed at the Shopify-supported checkout.
Payment options include:
- With bank cards through the Stripe system
- Through the Paypal payment service (currently disabled)
- Via bank transfer to IBAN: SI56 0310 2100 0728 341 (SKB BANKA d.d.) Upon placing an order, the payment and card charge are processed immediately after order submission.
SHIPPING
During the ordering process, available shipping methods and their costs are displayed.
SLO Standard delivery for orders over 50.00 EUR - free / Standard delivery for orders up to 50.00 EUR - 3.60 EUR The delivery cost is specified before each order submission.
EU Standard delivery for orders over 120.00 EUR - free / Standard delivery for orders up to 120.00 EUR - 10 EUR The delivery cost is specified before each order submission.
WORLD Standard delivery for orders over 200.00 EUR - free / Standard delivery for orders up to 200.00 EUR - 20 EUR The delivery cost is specified before each order submission.
Shipments within Slovenia are handled by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post).
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer as the shipping address during purchase. Upon arrangement, products can be picked up at Maroltova ulica 1 in Ljubljana. As we do not have regular working hours, please contact us in advance for pick-up.
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days upon receipt of payment.
