Refund policy

You can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please notify us about the return via email in advance.

Clothing can be returned to the address Timar, Maroltova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, using the selected postal service at your own expense, or you can deliver them directly to our studio - by appointment.

In the case of undamaged returned goods, the refund will be processed within 3 to 14 days upon receiving the returned items, to the payment method used for the purchase of the goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the customer receives damaged goods or goods with a defect that was not displayed on the website, please contact us via email.
